Is cold plasma safe for people, children, and pets in the room?

Yes — this is one of the most important advantages. Cold plasma operates at room temperature and generates reactive species only at concentrations safe for continuous human and animal occupancy. It carries CE marking, ETL/Intertek certification, RoHS compliance, and is listed with the US EPA. Thousands of families, hospital staff, and animals live and work in plasma-protected environments daily.

How does it compare to a HEPA filter?

HEPA filters trap particles but don't kill them — and require expensive regular replacement that generates landfill waste. Our plasma technology actively inactivates viruses, bacteria, fungi, and allergens at the molecular level, treats the entire room volume (not just filtered airflow), operates 24/7 without maintenance, and has zero consumables. Over a 5−year period, plasma is dramatically more cost-effective than HEPA.

Can plasma gasification replace traditional waste incineration?

Yes — and with significantly better outcomes. Plasma gasification operates at 3,000–10,000°C (vs. 500–1,000°C for incineration), generates more energy per ton of waste (816 kWh vs. 544 for standard mixed waste), produces zero dioxins, and results in inert slag usable as construction aggregate. It handles mixed municipal waste, hospital waste, and biomass without pre-sorting. Compared to incineration and pyrolysis, plasma gasification produces the least contamination and the highest power output.
